What Verified by Zolu means
The badge next to a name on a Zolu card means a person on the Zolu team checked that the card really belongs to that person or business.
Blue: person or business
The card belongs to who it says. For businesses, the team also checks an email or DNS record on their domain.
Gold: public figure
A well-known person whose public profiles the Zolu team confirmed.
What it means
The owner put a unique Zolu code in their bio, on their website or in a post, and the Zolu team reviewed those links by hand. Businesses can also confirm an email on their own domain or a DNS record. Every decision is made by a person, with a reason.
What it doesn't mean
Zolu doesn't ask for ID documents or check anyone's identity papers. The badge isn't an endorsement of a person, product or service, and it isn't a guarantee of what they sell. It only says the card belongs to who it claims.
How to get it
The badge comes with Zolu Pro, Business and Agency; it's never sold on its own. Card owners ask for it from the card editor, and the Zolu team reviews every request.
When the badge disappears
If a verified card changes its name or photo, the badge pauses until the team reviews it again. It also pauses if the plan that includes it ends, and comes back when the plan does. The Zolu team can remove it if a card is used to mislead people.
