The Foundry COR3 is a Charlotte-based running team built on three pillars: Consistency, Community, and Creation. We're more than just a running team. We're a family of people who show up for each other, push one another to get better, and hold each other accountable. Running is what brought us together, but the relationships, trust, and support we build along the way are what make COR3 special.
